Landlord Certification
Landlord’s gas safety certificate is required by law to be held for all rental accommodation in the UK where there are gas appliances present.
The annual checks have to be completed by a Gas Safe engineer.
Our Gas Safe Registered engineer will inspect your gas meter, pipework and appliance to help ensure you remain compliant with current legislation. We will also ensure you receive a timely annual reminder.
What’s included in landlord certification?
- An inspection of your gas meter, pipework and any appliances you have selected.
- A Gas Safety Certificate showing the outcome of the inspection and a reminder when it’s due for renewal.
What’s not included in landlord certification?
- Any repairs or replacements.
- An annual service.
- The cost of re-inspecting any of the failures detailed on your Gas Safety Certificate.
